Dixie Cup Speakers
The Foam Rangers are proud to announce the speakers for Dixie Cup XXVII. Stan Hieronymus author of Brew Like a Monk, Brian Yaeger author of Red, White and Brew, and a speaker to be announced. Ray Daniels will be leading this year’s Fred Tasting on Friday night.

Ray Daniels
Ray Daniels is the author of Designing Great Beers and several other books on brewing and beer, founder and director of the Cicerone Certification Program, and Senior Faculty member at the Siebel Institute of Technology. He has been an active homebrewer for more than 20 years and has held a wide range of posts in homebrewing and beer: past editor and columnist for Zymurgy, American Homebrewers Association Governing Committee, organizer of the Chicago Real Ale Festival, Director of Craft Beer Marketing for the Brewers Association, and publisher for Brewers Publications. He is a graduate of the Siebel Diploma Course in Brewing and has completed graduate coursework in brewing at Heriot-Watt University.
